The Mini Solar Satellite kit brings space engineering down to a child‑friendly scale. Kids build a rotating satellite tower powered entirely by sunlight, complete with wooden structural panels, dual solar wings, a compact motor, and a colourful space‑themed top. When the solar panels catch the light, the satellite begins to spin smoothly, creating a captivating display that feels straight out of an orbiting space station.
As children assemble the frame, mount the solar panels, connect the motor, and secure the gear system, they learn how solar energy transforms into mechanical motion. The finished model becomes a moving piece of space art: bright, playful, and scientifically accurate. Parents love how it encourages curiosity about renewable energy and astronomy. Teens enjoy experimenting with light angles and customising the satellite’s rotation. Younger builders simply love watching their satellite come alive under the sun.
A brilliant introduction to solar power and space technology.
